Paul A Young rolls out California Prunes’ inspired chocolates

Chocolatier Paul A Young has extended his chocolate range with the launch of three new products featuring California Prunes.

It includes California Prune and Goat’s Cheese, Smoked California Prune with Bourbon and Barley and California Prune Molasses Caramel with Toasted Almond and Rose.

The Smoked California Prune with Bourbon and Barley chocolate is available now and features Smoked California Prune, Barley Malt Caramel, Buffalo Trace Bourbon and 38% Guittard milk chocolate.

The California Prune Molasses Caramel with Toasted Almond and Rose includes Guittard white chocolate shell with rose petals and will be available in stores in the next two weeks.

Commenting on the California Prune inspired confections, California Prune European marketing director Esther Ritson-Elliott says, “It is wonderful to see our product being included in Paul’s inventive chocolate creations and to have the opportunity to demonstrate the attraction of California Prunes as a quality ingredient designed to appeal to the discerning food connoisseur.”

Paul A Young has three shops in London, UK: Wardour Street, Soho, Camden Passage, Islington and The Royal Exchange in Bank.
